GRANT ASSISTANCE: The organizers of the conference are pleased to announce that a total of at least 30 grants will be available to support researchers and professionals from developing countries attending the conference. The conditions for obtaining a support grant are:
(i) belonging to a public, non governmental organization, or an educational institute;
(ii) presenting a paper for oral presentation.
